The location is excellent, close to bars, restaurants, the university campus on Darley Road, the seafront. The Museum of Shops is just a pleasant stroll away from the guest house.

the venue had very pleasant staff who made the stay great. my room included a living area and tea, coffee. the breakfast was savoury and delicious with white bread, gluten free options, local ingredients and frequently replenished.

The room was bright, tidy, and had great amenities. The breakfast was fresh made with a variety of options including porridge and gluten-free choices.- Our hotel was located perfectly and was comfortable, being close to the beach.

The hotel was an ideal base for enjoying a quiet area, adjacent to Eastbourne theatres as well as the beach. Light room, exceptionally comfortable bed and we enjoyed fine bathroom. Tbh, had a comfortable stay for a very pleasant visit.

The place was clean with free parking and a very comfy bed. The staff there were accommodating and fairly friendly.- There were substantial breakfasts with gluten-free options, nice fluffy scrambled eggs and berries.- The location was great and stunning.

We had a fairly nice stay and a very pleasant visit at The Cherry Tree Guest House. The breakfast, with its gluten-free options and delicious porridge, was a highlight. The location is marvellous, being very close to the sea.
